Mukul Dev has passed away, mourning in Bollywood.

Another wave of sorrow has swept over Bollywood. Popular actor Mukul Dev has passed away. He breathed his last on Saturday morning at the age of 54. Mukul was a well-known face in both the Mumbai television industry and the film world. He worked in Punjabi, South Indian, and even Bengali films. Reports say the actor had been ill for the past few days and was admitted to the hospital, where he was kept in the ICU.

The news of Mukul’s death was confirmed by his Son of Sardaar co-star Vindu Dara Singh, who expressed regret, saying, “Mukul couldn’t see himself on the big screen again.”

Mukul made his film debut in 1996 with Dastak. He appeared in numerous Hindi and regional films, including Yamla Pagla Deewana, R… Rajkumar, and Jai Ho. On television, he acted in popular serials like Gharwali Uparwali and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. He was also seen in Tollywood films, often playing the antagonist, such as in Jeet’s Awara.

Born on September 17, 1970, in Delhi, Mukul Dev was a trained pilot. His father, Hari Dev, served as an Assistant Commissioner in the Delhi Police. Mukul’s brother Rahul Dev is also an actor. It is reported that after the death of his parents, Mukul became emotionally shattered and withdrew from social life as well as the acting world.
